Fish Flipper (“FF”) collects only the information reasonably required to process purchases, provide licenses, prevent abuse, and deliver support.
Information we may collect includes:
• Discord user ID and username.
• License key and license status.
• Product and purchase information.
• Transaction or invoice identification numbers.
• Hardware identification information used for license security.
• IP address, login records, and security logs.
• Support messages and information voluntarily provided by the customer.
Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. FF does not directly store full credit card numbers, PayPal passwords, cryptocurrency private keys, or wallet recovery phrases.
Collected information may be used to:
• Create, activate, and validate licenses.
• Assign or remove Discord roles.
• Prevent license sharing, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Provide support and product updates.
• Investigate security incidents, refunds, or payment disputes.
• Comply with legal obligations.
FF does not sell customer information.
Information may be shared with service providers such as SellAuth, Discord, hosting providers, payment processors, or law enforcement when required by law.
Customers are responsible for keeping their license keys, passwords, payment accounts, and recovery phrases secure.
To request access to or deletion of personal information, contact FF support. Certain records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, payment disputes, security, accounting, or legal compliance.
This policy may be updated as FF changes its services.
